Program Description

By opting in to the TopREOS SMS program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from TopREOS regarding property listings, appointment confirmations, market updates, open house notifications, and other real estate-related communications.

Consent & Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the TopREOS contact form at topreos.com, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TopREOS at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt in by submitting a form on our website, texting a keyword to our number, or providing verbal consent to an agent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. You may receive up to 4 messages per week from TopREOS. Message volume may increase during active property searches or transaction periods.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. TopREOS and TopREOS are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from TopREOS. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from TopREOS unless you opt in again.

Privacy & Data Sharing

TopREOS and TopREOS do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent data are used solely by TopREOS for the purposes described in this agreement. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to Terms

TopREOS reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
